Client Request Form
When a request is made via telephone, email or mail, the process begins with the Client Request Form.
The Client Request Form is considered the tool to identify the who, what, when, where and how. The use of this form allows the client to provide the details of the parade/event and allows us to provide important details about the the client's responsibility as well as the company's responsibilty to the client.
Quotes
Once the Client Request Form has been received, a detailed quote will be provided to the client for approval, indicating pricing for costs of float, production, material, delivery/retrieval and any other cost for custom design, props, etc. Once quote is accepted and agreed upon deposit is made, the booking is confirmed.
