D. McCrary Floats does not provide signage on behalf of its clients therefore, this document is to provide specifications/requirements for use of banners, lettering, signs, etc. 

Signage Specifications and Requirements

Banners

Banners are placed on each side of the float and should be 10ft X 18 inches. It is recommended that a white background be used to increase visibility and lettering size and color is of your choosing. Weather resistant material should be used for all banners. 

Lettering

Individual lettering is not recommended however, in cases where a banner is not feasible, two (2) sets of lettering must be provided and should fit within a space of 10 ft. X 18 inches.  Weather resistant material should be used for all lettering. 

Note: Placement of individual lettering may result in additional charges. 

Other

Handwritten signs are not permitted. All signs, banners, and lettering must be phot ready and weather resistant. 

Recommended Vendor

Contact D. McCrary Floats to ask about recommended vendors in the Albany/Dougherty County area.

Using your Own Vendor

Clients may also use their own vendor. In such case, all specifications for banners, signs, and lettering must be followed. Client must provide banners, signs and/or lettering to D. McCrary Floats a minimum of one (1) day prior to event date for inspection and installation.
